Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Securely pack the unworn items in their original packaging with all boutique tags still attached to ensure a valid return.

  Ship Your Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
